Cotrone by Fura dels Baus’ founder Marcel·lí Antúnez Roca
is a an interactive performance inspired by Pirandello’s Mountain giants.
Made up of interactive videos and enhanced embodied technologies,
the work is anyhow rooted in a delirant, almost archaic imagery.
Following Marcel·lí’s pathway, the music is entirely made of sampled sounds
from found objects, domestic percussions, toy instruments, with the inclusion
of lo-fi audio devices.
At the same time, all the pieces are the results of a strictly algorithmic sequencing.
